What You’ll Do

Uncover the secrets to tender meat, perfectly cooked, at this grilling masterclass.

Fire up the barbecue and discover the secrets to perfect grilling, whatever the season, at this red-hot cooking class. The pro chef, a certified master of the coals, will show you how to make juicy pork chops that are paired with a hatch chili and bacon to really damp up their flavor. Plus, you’ll make a side of whipped mash potatoes and a grill-iant dessert of bananas foster that’s given a fiery, flambé kick.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
