Elevate your baking: A class on timeless desserts.
Elevate your baking skills in this cooking class! Learn essential techniques to create classic desserts like apple custards, a delicate soufflé and a luscious fruit tart. An expert chef instructor will guide you through mixing and setting a pot de crème, achieving the perfect rise on a soufflé and baking a stunning fruit tart. By the end, you'll master new baking skills and be ready for any sweet recipe.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
For public cooking classes, menu changes cannot be made. For private events, most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted prior to the event. Please mention this in the message field when you submit your booking request.
Adjustments cannot be made during the event.

Absolutely loved my cooking class! I took it with my mom, and we had a fantastic time cooking, enjoying wine, and learning professional skills. The chefs were amazing, providing clear explanations and offering personalized guidance to each group. It was a truly wonderful experience that I can't wait to share with family and friends. Highly recommend!

I thought the class was fine. The food we cooked was tasty but it did seem like we were just putting ingredients together in a rushed format. I thought there should have been more of an opportunity to make the raviolis, everything seemed rushed and a bit hectic. Also I wish we could have had Togo boxes but all we got was a ziplock and there was so much food waste. Also, we did not get the recipes and thought that would have been nice. Overall the instructor was swift but definitely seemed a bit like she was racing against the clock to get through everything.

Spicy in the best of ways! Very quick-witted and you can tell she has a lot of experience. It was a fun interactive group experience for our work team. Will definitely be back to get yelled at some more.

This was my first time booking a cooking class and I absolutely loved it! Chef Erick and Chef Dagny were such great hosts. The chefs were super nice and very helpful. They made the cooking process fun, engaging and easy for first time cooks! It was a pleasure getting to learn and interact with them. I would 10/10 recommend a cooking class with Chef Erick and Chef Dagny.

Chef Dagney was wonderful - very knowledgeable and fun. We loved the thanksgiving class. I would for sure return if it wasn’t for the fact that there are no chairs to sit down and enjoy your meal. It makes absolutely no sense that we cook and spent all this time preparing our meal and then no time is given for enjoyment of the meal. No chairs, no place setting or making the table. I think the cooking experience is great the enjoyment of the dinner is a zero. And in the end the whole point of cooking is to enjoy a meal. The only reason I am giving it a 4 starts is because chef Dagne is great.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!
