What You’ll Do

Take your loved one on a gastronomic Parisian adventure at this fun cooking session.

Bring the City of Love to your kitchen with a date night cooking class inspired by legendary French cuisine. Working with your other half, you’ll be guided to create a three-course meal of scallops, perfectly seared to remain tender, and smothered in a rich beurre blanc sauce. On the side, you’ll layer potatoes to make a punch gratin with Gruyère and thyme. Then, finish the evening with a bittersweet chocolate mousse that’s been infused with a hint of zesty orange.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Randy was great! I just wish the class included cooking a meal along with cutting instructions. This was not worth $80
