Cooking Class - Paris Pour Deux - Date Night

What You'll Do

Take your loved one on a gastronomic Parisian adventure at this fun cooking session.

Bring the City of Love to your kitchen with a date night cooking class inspired by legendary French cuisine. Working with your other half, you’ll be guided to create a three-course meal of scallops, perfectly seared to remain tender and smothered in a rich beurre blanc sauce. On the side, you’ll prepare silky whipped potatoes blended with Gruyère and thyme for a creamy, flavorful complement. Then, finish the evening with a bittersweet chocolate mousse infused with a hint of zesty orange.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Each cooking station will be shared between 4 people. I am fine to share but knowing this in advance would have altered my estimation of the cost vs value. Would recommend for groups of 4 as less than that, you will be sharing with others.

This class was an absolute blast! We learned how to make our own pasta along with a delicious pastry dessert. Chef Randy was patient, inclusive, communicative, and an excellent teacher. He focused on technique, made cleanliness a priority, and encouraged fun during the process. We will absolutely be back for another class!
