Master a gourmet menu like a pro.
Create a gourmet feast during an exciting cooking class experience. Start with breading and frying chicken cutlets using techniques to achieve a crispy outside while retaining the flavorful juices, then top them with a flavorful citrus and herb sauce. Alongside, prepare a fresh salad with a made-from-scratch dressing. Last but not least, finish with a caramelized apples with a crunchy topping for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Michael was great. He was very personable and gave tips and shared his culinary knowledge. it was a fun afternoon. Wish it was for the Fragrant Thai Cuisine class, but learning about gnocchis was good as well.

Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.
