Cooking Class - Grilling Summer Send Off

What You’ll Do

Learn to grill summer favorites with an expert chef.

Fire up the grill one last time before summer ends with this exciting cooking class. A top-rated chef will take you through a menu inspired by the season, from preparing and grilling pork chops to crafting a chile and bacon infused chutney to pair with it. There's also a creamy mashed potato on the menu. For dessert, a classic Bananas Foster, flambéed of course.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.
