Explore cooking with wine during a delicious couples cooking class. A top-rated chef will teach both of you how to create mouthwatering dishes using wine to bring out the flavors. The menu includes pan-seared steak adorned with a sauce made with Marsala and shallots, roast beef topped with a vinaigrette made using Cabernet and poached figs in Cabernet served with vanilla ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Fun night learning to cook with my wife. We teamed up with another couple to prepare hands on a wonderful meal that we are looking forward to recreate at home. We are already planning on returning again.
