Experience the essence of the Mediterranean in this Italian cooking class. Learn the art of crafting fresh pasta and creating a feast inspired by the sun-drenched shores of Italy. Under expert guidance, master making tagliatelle pasta from scratch and infusing garlic with robust flavor for a spicy sausage and homemade tomato sauce. Indulge in a fresh salad with seasonal greens, prosciutto and a light vinaigrette. Finish with roasted figs, ricotta cheese and golden honey—a true taste of summer.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Kate has been surrounded by the food industry since childhood. Her dream of becoming a chef led her to a 30-year career working as an Executive Chef for some of the largest corporations in the world. Her travels took her to the East Coast while she helped open a variety of restaurants and cafes. Now settled in Dallas, Chef Kate loves spending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors with her granddaughters.

It was a good experience. Enjoyed the food prep and learned a few techniques I’ll use at home. The process was a bit different than I expected but having not gone before that’s ok. It was just different from other classes I’ve taken.
