What You’ll Do

Indulge in a summer feast like no other with our Bountiful summer feast menu

Discover the vibrant flavors of summer through this cooking class. Learn from a professional chef how to prepare a flank steak topped with a relish made with fresh corn and tomatillos' sweet salsa. The chef will also cover how to prepare a delicious and perfectly balanced salad using fresh stone fruit, arugula, and goat cheese. To end on a sweet note, you'll make crème fraîche on nutty shortbread.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We had a great time! Instructions were clear and easy to follow, Megan and her staff were all very attentive. I had loads of questions, all of which were answered in a friendly and knowledgable manner. And, of course, the meal was delicious.

My two teenage sons and I attended the Macaron class, and we had a wonderful time! The chef was kind, helpful, and knowledgable! I would definitely go back again!!!
