What You'll Do

Explore two unique pasta dishes with roots in Northern Italy.

Explore the flavors and culture of Bologna with your tastebuds in this immersive cooking class. Hand-knead chewy pasta dough to serve as the base for two flavorful sauces: a hearty bolognese, slow simmered to develop the flavors, and a nutty browned butter sauce to gently coat your filled pasta. Refresh your palate with a fennel and blood orange salad.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We took a French cooking class with baked chicken, potatoes, steamed artichoke, and lemon crepes. I've been wanting to learn how to make crepes for a while. We had a great time and Chef Andy was very knowledgeable.
