Cooking Class - To Donut or Not to Donut

Become an expert in donuts in this class

Come explore the do's and don'ts of donuts in this cooking class. Learn from a gourmet chef instructor the steps to making three delicious global creations: classic French beignets, Mexican churro fritters and delectable Japanese mochi donuts. In the hands-on class, you will make your own dough and fill and fry the donuts yourself. By the end, you'll be a donut aficionado.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was awesome. I can't remember the name of the chef that was actually teaching the class, but I'm guessing it was the resident chef. Either way, my wife and I had a great time learning about making pasta from scratch. It was much simpler than we realized and tasted great. We ended up getting the hand crank pasta maker after the class and are super excited to make our own pasta in the future.
