Mediterranean food has long been hailed as incredibly good for you, featuring lean meats and vegetables. The cuisine is teeming with ingredients that are the stuff of cravings like olives, yogurt and feta cheese. For both these reasons, it’s worth knowing how to make your own versions of dishes from the region at home.
In this class Chef Meenu will show you how to make quintessential Mediterranean dishes like kebabs, a rice medley, and roasted potatoes. You’ll finish off with a dessert of melted chocolate and coconut on a toasted baguette as a reward for all that hard work (and healthy eating). Chef Meenu encourages you to BYOB to enjoy with the meal at the end, but limits to only one bottle per person.
