Learn from Chef Meenu what goes into the diverse regional tastes across two continents, or simply what you might have for dinner when you’re in another country. Start from home by learning how to do a classic American chicken piccata, then move onto signature Mediterranean, Italian and French meals for an evening of distinct, unique flavors. Add a little variety to your repertoire by bringing in some of the global influences in this class—cooking at home is about to get a lot more interesting. Chef Meenu allows you to BYOB, but only one bottle per person.
