Create gourmet fireworks fit for an independence celebration with this joyous cooking class honoring Bastille Day. You'll have a grand time crafting classic dishes like pan-seared steak with compound butter, hearty summer vegetables and authentic crème brulée, complete with a crackling caramelized shell to top things off in sweet French fashion.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Great job, only mistake not matching the crème anglaise with the chocolate soufflé but you covered for it. We had a great time!
