Cooking Class - Spicy Recipes on a Cold Day

Chef Ron shares spicy vegan recipes for a cold day.

Via a lively and fun demonstration format, Chef Ron teaches how to prepare flavorful raw and vegan food. Start each class with an overview of the benefits eating raw, then watch a presentation on how to create ideal recipes using them.

In this class, Chef Ron will show you how to warm up your winter with a few delicious, spicy vegan recipes—for tom kha coconut soup, chili, and a warm fruit dessert. Afterwards, you’ll get to ask all your burning questions on the raw diet via a Q&A, then finish off the experience with a tasting of each dish.

I had the pleasure to enjoy chef Ron's food during my last trip to Los Angeles. He is very knowledgable, very passionate about vegan and healthy diets and certainly one of the best vegan chefs that I know. Can't recommend his vegan cooking classes enough.
