In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Jen will teach you how to create a beautifully roasted prime rib with a side of French green beans in a Dijon tarragon dressing and creamy whipped potatoes with parmesan cheese. For dessert, enjoy a caramel apple tart — mini size!
