Cooking Class - Filipino Culinary Expedition

What You’ll Do

Discover the main flavors and dishes that make Filipino cuisine vibrant and bold.

During this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to cook a signature Filipino menu from scratch. Chef Maria will teach you all the basics, helping you learn more about Asian food and elevate your cooking skills.

For this well-rounded menu, you'll start with lumpiang prito or fried spring rolls made from cabbage, carrots and tofu. Then, you'll cook pancit bihon rice noodles with chicken or pork and vegetables. For the main dish, you'll learn to make a juicy chicken adobo. Finish with a refreshing dessert, a classic Filipino fruit salad.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
