What You'll Do

Kick off summer with this garden-fresh steak dinner highlighting tangy herbs and seasonal veggies.

Level up the classic steak and potatoes combination with this chef-led cooking class. Add seasonal summer flavors starting with a fresh marinade for flank steak, grilled to perfection and sliced, ideal for serving a crowd. Garden fresh herbs or hand-whisked aioli add brightness to roasted potatoes or perfectly charred zucchini. For dessert, swirl buttered popcorn into a sweet cream base with homemade caramel sauce.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Italian pasta/salad - it was delicious and Chef Peter was great!! He was a joy to learn from...very easy to follow and had a good sense of humor to boot!
