Cooking Class - Cast-Iron Summer Cooking
Cast-iron cookware is the perfect cooking companion for creating all sorts of flavors and textures.
Settle into summer cooking with your trusty cast-iron skillet and professional tips and tricks for making the most of this versatile piece of cookware in this immersive cooking class. From herb-infused chicken to hand-kneaded flatbread cooked on the grill, end the class with a cherry clafoutis made by adding fresh summer cherries and a sweet batter to your skillet and cooking over a fire or on the grill.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Eric did not provide any overview or background on what we were cooking and we all did portions of the dish with pretty minimal instruction. We had to ask numerous times for direction. We did manage to muddle through, and Eric was dealing with a lot of students.

THE CLASS WAS CANCELED WITHOUT NOTICE!!!!! I received a confirmation/reminder email an hour before the class and when my friends and I arrived were told that the class had been canceled. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I expect you to make this right by doing 2 things. 1. Refund my $281 IMMEDIATLY and 2. The next class that we choose for three people is FREE. This was out first try with your company and its been a disaster. Between the three of us we have a huge network of family and friends, one of whom is a professional chef, and bad publicity spreads quickly. MAKE THIS RIGHT.

His illustrious career includes appearances as a Sugar Rush contestant and a Food Network judge, as well as pastry chef certifications in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Italy. As a specialist in Italian pastry and a master cake decorator, Chef Eric is always eager to share his recipe for success with budding bakers.
