In this hands on class, Chef Frank will teach you how to properly fillet a fish, topped off with capers, red onion and dill. He will also teach you how to properly sear pork loin, with honey chili glaze, fennel apple slaw and roasted cauliflower puree. For dessert, you will enjoy a delicious PB&J bread pudding with bourbon cream. The perfect meal for those chilly Los Angeles nights.
