In this cooking class, Chef Frank will teach you how to properly fillet a fish. Enjoy a marinated grill hamachi collar with sriracha, mint and cilantro ponzu. For the main entree, pick between moules-frites (steamed mussels with french fries) or pomme paille with a mussel soup. For dessert, enjoy a light but decadent pot de créme.
Guests are welcome to bring their own beverage to enjoy during or after dinner.
