Master the art of crafting authentic dim sum from scratch.
Discover why dim sum is the most delicious treat in this hands-on cooking class. Under the guidance of a chef instructor, you'll learn how to make these sweet and savory bite-sized foods from scratch. Make the dough from scratch, whip up fillings and practice folding and pleating. Steam the dumplings to perfection, then enjoy your homemade feast.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Although very friendly and had good conversation, the chef did not have the knowledge or experience in the cuisine. There was a lot of reading off the instructions and had a comment of “we’re learning together” which isn’t the best feeling when paying for a cooking class. Unable to answer a lot of questions we had as there was no experience in the dish.
