A five-star chef instructor will help you step-by-step as you craft your dim sum dishes by hand, teaching you everything from traditional shaping methods to the process of cooking your handmade delights.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Although very friendly and had good conversation, the chef did not have the knowledge or experience in the cuisine. There was a lot of reading off the instructions and had a comment of “we’re learning together” which isn’t the best feeling when paying for a cooking class. Unable to answer a lot of questions we had as there was no experience in the dish.

Rachel was great & did her best with the alotted time. The organizers should allow for more time withthis class, especiallyif it is supposedto be . We started about 5 minutes late (our fault), but that didn't
