Learn how to create the perfect meal with your team!
Individual and team challenges make this 3-hour event fun and educational. This class is a combination of individual achievements and team efforts to accomplish a perfectly executed meal. In this cook-along –group-meal, teams will be established by combining levels of strengths and weaknesses decided by timed challenges. By using your eyes, noses, taste and feel to guess or establish the key ingredients needed to incorporate flavor, texture and skill levels into a feast.
All seasonal organic ingredients will be combined with creative techniques to create a gourmet meal. Meat and vegetables will be roasted, fish will be poached, a salad will be tossed and fruit will be made into ice cream. This class can take place in Chef Elaine’s sunset view kitchen or at your office or venue.
Guests are welcomed to include their own alcohol.

Chef Elaine was a pleasure to cook with! She really taught us about how to pick the perfect fruit or veggie and gave us helpful tips on what vendors to use at the farmer's market. We crafted a delicious savory brunch together and we can't wait to re-make some of the delicacies we made with Chef Elaine. We look forward to cooking with her again in the near future.

I am, in no particular order, a Personal Chef, Corporate Caterer, Workshop Teacher, Online Instructor, and Italian Grandmother. I offer glorious edible creations inspired by Old World tastes with a modern and healthy Southern Californian approach to food that I call 'New American'. I meet any dietary need thrown at me, and cook exclusively gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free.
