Try your hand at steak the French way in this hands-on session.
In this interactive cooking class, you’ll learn from a world-class chef how they cook tender, juicy, steak in France. Using the freshest, seasonal produce and expert, personalized instruction, this multi-course, French-style steak dinner will make you feel as if you’ve been transported to a 5-star French bistro.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef omei was not there for our class. A substitute chef was their instead. He didn't know the menu at all and was unprepared and scattered. Right to the very end he had no idea the steps or recipes. Couldn't multi task but the Participants really were good with food and we had fun figuring out the actual ingredients and steps. Chef was nice but for the price and the way this is advertised it was a little bit of a disappointment. The participants were awesome and we made it fun anyways.

We are very experienced home cooks, 76 yrs old. Jen delivered a fantastic presentation and did a great job with a very diverse group of participants. She improvised several times and provided a great learning experience. WeI would take another class from her anytime.
