Cooking Class - Sweet and Savory Puff Pastries

Master the art of pastry-making.

Pastry is the main ingredient of this cooking class, a French classic that forms the base of many sweet and savory treats. In this expert-led class, you will get to grips with layering laminated dough to create a rich, buttery finish and top with a variety of fillings such as vanilla custard and fresh asparagus with creamy ricotta.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
