Cooking Class - 3-Day Foodie Fun Teens: Global Challenge

What You’ll Do

Aspiring chefs explore global flavors and techniques with hands-on kitchen experiences.

In this immersive three-day cooking series designed for ages 12 and up, students take on challenging menus inspired by global cuisines. Guided by a chef instructor, they will learn advanced techniques for cooking and baking along with fundamental kitchen skills such as basic food preparation and safety guidelines. Summer cooking classes encourage teamwork and creativity, building lifelong skills in and out of the kitchen. On the last day of the series, students will take on a mystery challenge, preparing a meal from scratch using surprise ingredients.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

Chef Brennan holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and trained at the renowned Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. With two decades of experience in professional kitchens, he brings extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to his classes. Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.
