Cooking Class - 5-Day Foodie Fun Teens: Baking challenge - Centennial

What You’ll Do

Teen chefs practice their baking skills and gain confidence in this inspiring cooking summer series.

Curious teen chefs are invited to spend part of their summer practicing advanced baking techniques in this engaging cooking series created for guests ages 12 and up. Participants will work alongside a five-star chef instructor and discover confidence and new skills while creating a curated menu of advanced dishes. The five-day course covers ingredient selection, food preparation, knife skills, kitchen safety and other essentials. At the end of the week, all young chefs go home with easy-to-follow printed recipes and a frame-ready certificate of completion.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.
