For all aspiring young bakers out there, this is the opportunity for you!

Budding young pastry chefs and bakers will love our new cooking series focusing on crafting classic baked goods. In just four days, kids will get to grips with baking. From mixing batters and kneading dough to decorating cakes, they will learn all the essential baking techniques. Plus, they will get to grips with food prep, safety and generally have a blast baking in the kitchen. These are the perfect summer cooking classes for all the aspiring young bakers out there!

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together. The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Ready to register for my next class. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Chef Tanya and Jake, the cooking instructors, were terrific! They not only shared valuable tips for cooking but also for prepping and cleaning the station. I was thrilled with the class and can't wait to sign up for another one. If you're interested, book your spot on a Saturday or Sunday.

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious. Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this cooking class and had so much fun! Would have been better with a little wine or champagne but it was great. We've already made a few of the dishes!!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!
