Join this engaging five-day summer cooking series tailored for children aged 7-11, where your young chef will delve into a delectable adventure discovering diverse flavors from across the globe. From crafting steaming pork buns to mastering pasta dough and baking schnitzel, budding food enthusiasts will enjoy a blend of fun and education, acquiring fundamental cooking methods, essential food preparation techniques and top-notch kitchen safety guidelines. Every participant will depart with a personalized menu and a certificate of completion, elevating their experience in these enriching summer cooking classes.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

My husband and I did the lobster ravioli class with Chef Megan. It was so fun but still professional. We will definitely doing a class again soon. I recommend this for date night for anyone.
