Exploring global bakery traditions is not just educational, it's a deliciously fun adventure.

Take the opportunity with this cooking series to learn traditional baking methods from around the world. Designed for children aged 7-11, your budding chef will study the amazing world of baking. Interested in learning how to knead dough, steam succulent pork buns or bake schnitzel? This course provides expert guidance from trained chefs. Summer cooking classes offer the best in essential cooking, food prep and kitchen safety practices, ensuring a fun and educational experience for all. Every student will go home with a printed menu and graduation certificate.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

We actually had Chef Dylan and he was fantastic. The Chicken Gratin was delicous and we are eager to get the recipies to try at home.

Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.
