Get your little gourmets involved in kitchen craft with this exciting 3-day cooking series highlighting dishes from the international table! This set of three fun and informative summer cooking classes is perfect for introducing budding cooks to the magic of global cuisine while enlightening them to essential techniques and kitchen safety practices. They'll get hands-on practice while working with a top-shelf instructor as they create delicious fare like arroz con pollo and chicken souvlaki. Every student leaves with a printed menu of their dishes and a graduation certificate to cherish!
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

I thought the class was fine. The food we cooked was tasty but it did seem like we were just putting ingredients together in a rushed format. I thought there should have been more of an opportunity to make the raviolis, everything seemed rushed and a bit hectic. Also I wish we could have had Togo boxes but all we got was a ziplock and there was so much food waste. Also, we did not get the recipes and thought that would have been nice. Overall the instructor was swift but definitely seemed a bit like she was racing against the clock to get through everything.

Spicy in the best of ways! Very quick-witted and you can tell she has a lot of experience. It was a fun interactive group experience for our work team. Will definitely be back to get yelled at some more.
