Handmade pasta takes center table in a session where Old World flavor becomes new again.

Chef Jordan demonstrates the jubilant traditions of making your own fettuccine dinner with this celebratory interactive cooking class. Prepare a menu designed to add Italian charm to your weekly line-up. Your lesson begins with authentic bruschetta featuring tomatoes and a brisk balsamic drizzle before you create a soothing minestrone that even Nonna would approve of. For your main dish, create handmade fettuccine topped with a sumptuous vodka cream sauce and follow up with espresso panna cotta for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I booked chef Jordan as a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday - not only was it a great meal and experience, he was also a great person to spend time with and get to know. I’d book him again and again for so many events! So unique and a great time!

We had an amazing (belated) Valentine’s meal with Jordan’s guidance and help! He arrived prepared with ingredients portioned out (except a few veggies that he used to teach cutting techniques) and even cleaned everything as we ate. Everything was delicious - my fiancé and I can’t choose our favorite part! Another review said the chicken was the best they had ever had and it lived up to those expectations! Jordan was also very friendly and knowledgeable - we look forward to booking another culinary experience with him!

Chef Jordan was super fun to work with! He breaks everything down in a simple way that makes sense and provides extra tips for cooking at home in the future. I would definitely recommend his class! Everything tasted delicious!

It was so fun to have Chef Jordan teach my friends and I how to cook brunch! We were able to have a super fun shared experience and eat wonderful food; we still talk about what a great time we had! Would definitely do it again!

Jordan provided such a great experience for us! He did an awesome job of teaching us while making sure we were having fun the entire time! :) It was such a fun and relaxing way to spend an evening with friends. Also, his French toast is to die for- by far the best French toast I've ever had! Highly recommend Jordan and this experience! :)

We did Jordan’s brunch experience and had a blast! He provided tons of support and engaged everyone in the process while keeping things moving and making it fun. I personally enjoyed learning how to make an omelet. I’ve always been intimidated by the idea of messing it up but he made it super approachable. I’ve made a few omelets since then and have had a lot of success! I would highly recommended finding a time to try out one of his meals!
