In this chef-led cooking class, you will recreate beloved dishes served in local trattorias across Italy from heart mains to a decadent dessert. Transform regional ingredients using time-honored techniques to prepare these simple, yet elegant classics and bring home a taste of authentic Italian cuisine.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Disappointed in our experience. Having people touch and share food in a group environment was inappropriate and unsanitary to us. We ended up leaving early.
