I cannot recommend Chef Wendy's classes highly enough! This was my second class with her at Sur La Table, and both experiences were nothing short of amazing. Chef Wendy has a unique ability to make cooking both approachable and fun, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere that makes everyone feel at ease. In this class, we dove into the cozy flavors of French comfort food, and every moment was an absolute delight. From learning to slow-roast beef for the most flavorful beef bourguignon to crafting a perfectly balanced side salad, every step was explained with patience and expertise. The grand finale—chocolate crêpes with chantilly cream—was the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable evening. Chef Wendy's passion for cooking shines through in every aspect of her teaching, and her friendly demeanor makes the experience all the more enjoyable. I walked away with not only new culinary skills but also a deeper appreciation for French cuisine. What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together. The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Ready to register for my next class. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Chef Tanya and Jake, the cooking instructors, were terrific! They not only shared valuable tips for cooking but also for prepping and cleaning the station. I was thrilled with the class and can't wait to sign up for another one. If you're interested, book your spot on a Saturday or Sunday.

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious. Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this cooking class and had so much fun! Would have been better with a little wine or champagne but it was great. We've already made a few of the dishes!!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!
