Cooking Class - Cake Baking and Expert Presentations

This in-depth class simplifies the process of making a delicious and beautiful jam filled cake.

Master cake crafting with this cooking class, in partnership with America's Test Kitchen. Your expert chef guides you through reverse-creaming and creating a moist, fine-crumbed cake. Mix berry jam filling and rich cream cheese frosting to apply using ombré styling.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was good overall however the chef said he was going to provide us the recipes by email but we never received them.

His 15-year career has earned him the distinction of Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation.
