Cooking Class - Refreshing Blueberry Jam Cake

Learn to expertly craft a cake that looks as decadent as it tastes in a blueberry jam cake cooking class created in partnership with America’s Test Kitchen. Learn from an expert chef and create batter for a moist, sturdy cake with a fine crumb. Reduce fresh blueberries into a vibrant blueberry jam filling and create the perfect cream cheese frosting.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
