Discover the art of completely homemade pasta in this hands-on Italian cooking class. Professional Chef Taciana will guide you through the time-honored techniques for turning flour, oil and eggs into long flat ribbons of tagliatelle pasta with expert tips and tricks. Once you’ve created your own pasta, you’ll prepare a rich and hearty Bolognese sauce using beef, garlic, crushed tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and onions to top your mouthwatering creation.

The cooking class is set in a brewery. Ready your aprons for a dash of fun in this pop-up cooking class!

Taciana is absolutely wonderful! She is patient, organized, a great instructor, and brings such a fun, original, and creative flare to the kitchen! We selected the plant based menu and had so much fun cooking with Taciana! We learned so much from Taciana! Great experience! Highly recommend!
