Celebrate the Year of the Dragon with lunar new year feast cooking class and the help of a skilled chef instructor. Bring all the luck and fortune to your home with a few original and symbolic flavors. Delve into the heart of Asian cuisine when you explore the rich flavors and ingredients that bring culinary uniqueness. Learn all the techniques and methods for using various pans or frying techniques and create spicy and aromatic combinations before you finish with delicately sweet desserts.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Mitzie was terrific. She had everything prepared in advance so we could spend our time cooking, not measuring. a very hands on experience where she guided us and elaborated on the recipes and how to tweak them, exactly what flour and tomatoes to use (yes, it makes a difference), without trying to sell us anything. It was a small group to begin with (6 people) but one couple had to cancel and the other just didn't show up, so we wound up with our own private class for my husband's birthday!
