Chef Mark was extremely helpful and made the class both fun and delicious. I’m really jazzed that my first ever attempt turned out so well.

We baked brownies, sandwich cookies and a spiral cinnamon pastry. This was a great introduction to baking because the ingredients were already measured for me and the class didn't move too fast. The instructors were extremely helpful which made the whole class a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to get starting with baking.
