Learn the secrets to creating a perfect tropical poke bowl in this exciting and immersive cooking class. Expert Chef John will teach you the recipes and techniques for crafting this modern and flavorful Hawaiian dish. First, you’ll learn how to prepare and handle raw tuna. Then you will fill your poke bowl with sweet mangos, crispy shallots, and fresh vegetables. Finally, you will top your bowl with spicy mayo. Soon, you’ll be completely immersed in this tropical dining experience.
The cooking class is set in a brewery. Ready your aprons for a dash of fun in this pop-up cooking class!
