Cooking Class - Joie de la Cuisine

Immerse yourself in the world of French cooking with this interactive class.

Discover how your favorite French dishes are made, starting by slicing and caramelizing lots of onions for a rich and savory French onion soup. Next, pound chicken breasts until thin then layer and roll with ham and cheese, dredge and fry for iconic chicken cordon bleu. Boil, mash and season potatoes with plenty of garlic, butter and herbs then peel, roast and glaze carrots in honey butter for a well-rounded entrée. Finally, whisk heavy cream and dark chocolate then chill until set and enjoy spoonfuls of mousse with berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
