Cooking Class - Traditional Yule Log

Discover professional level methods for making a traditional French treat for Christmas.

Make a sweet and festive treat in this holiday cooking class. A chef will teach you to craft a bûche de noël using a delicate sponge cake made from scratch. Then, whip up a sweet Italian buttercream flavored with chocolate and coffee. Learn the technique to roll the cake and decorate it with sugared cranberries.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The platform did not give any option to reschedule when I had a family member sick unexpectedly a day before the class. Very disappointing!

Had a good time, pasta and salad were delicious. Only suggestion will be to have some chairs we we can sit and eat instead of standing and eat.
