Led by a master chef, you'll learn the skills necessary to improve your knife skills, no matter your experience level in the kitchen. From holding a knife with the correct grip to a wide range of cutting patterns and techniques, there's no shortage of knowledge that's sure to improve your cooking potential.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was easy to follow and the food was delicious! Megan did a great job leading us through each step and the pace was perfect — not too fast and not too slow, happy to answer questions and explain things so we knew not just what to do, but why we were doing it. Thank you so much for the experience!

The food was good. The class was meh. I really wish there were those large mirrors so that we could see the chef demonstrating what to do; instead she just told us to chop the veggies and went around helping individual people as needed. She would demonstrate something using one couple's ingredients but those across the room couldn't really see what she was doing. It was fun, but I probably wouldn't do it again. Also she said we would get the recipes via email and we never did.
