Cooking Class - Holiday-Ready Ravioli
Make a memorable meal for your festivities with a ravioli custom-crafted for special celebrations.
A sumptuous ravioli feast is the focus of this hands-on cooking class, designed to elevate your holiday table. Prepare homemade pasta dough from a time-honored recipe and transform it into two distinctive ravioli, one filled with acorn squash, the other with herbed ricotta, each with its own special sauce, plus a refreshing arugula salad.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Ashley was not the chef. We enjoyed the class, but felt it was a bit rushed, and the last half hour we were told to take a break for 10 minutes and they were prepping for the next class. Based on what we paid, the chef was not as prepared as I would have hoped. It was just okay.....

The food was amazing, and it was fun! The chef/instructors seemed to be enjoying themselves! I struggle with verbal instructions, so it would have been helpful to have a printout of the recipe and instructions at each workstation.
