Cooking Class - Elevated French Flavors

Learn how to make a well-rounded menu that focuses on elevating traditional French cuisine.

During this cooking class, you’ll create a three-course menu using timeless techniques and kitchen secrets. You’ll start with a fresh salad with bacon lardons and a mustard vinaigrette. Next, you’ll learn to slow roast chicken, serving it with a creamy homemade tarragon sauce. And for dessert, prepare choux pastry dough with ice cream.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.
