Join an esteemed chef for a cooking class featuring French bistro favorites. Learn how to pan-roast steak with au jus. You'll serve this with classic bistro sides. Toss a fresh salad with a mustard and shallot vinaigrette. For dessert, bake a bistro favorite, a decadent delight.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

We had a very enjoyable night and the food was delicious. However, due to the large number of people in our group, we felt like we didn't get as much hands on experience with the actual preparation process as we thought we would going into the class.

We are very experienced home cooks, 76 yrs old. Jen delivered a fantastic presentation and did a great job with a very diverse group of participants. She improvised several times and provided a great learning experience. WeI would take another class from her anytime.
