Learn how to prepare jerk chicken and authentic Jamaican side dishes with Chef Damon.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Damon will show you how to prepare a traditional Caribbean menu featuring three courses, and will teach you smart cooking techniques along the way.
You'll master several authentic recipes in this class, including classic jerk chicken from scratch. Chef Damon will also reveal the mystery behind the jerk marinade and show you how to prepare popular Jamaican side dishes, including rice and peas, fried plantains, and festival bread.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Damon is super friendly and his seafood pasta is stunning. He prepares everything elegantly and with ease. He also has experience with a lot of different cuisines and shared some really cool knowledge about Caribbean cuisine with me. Definitely recommend Chef Damon for parties large and small!
