Explore how to craft one of America’s favorite baked goods: donuts.
During this cooking class, you’ll learn the basics of preparing authentic donuts. Under the guidance of a renowned chef, you'll create the traditional dough for both yeast and cake donuts. Afterward, you'll experience filling and glazing your donuts with three delectable flavors: Boston cream pie, maple bar and apple cider cake donut.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Eric began his culinary climb as a kitchen assistant, garnering real-world experience through the grocery and food service industries. His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.
