Learn how to prepare a rustic, mediterranean-inspired dinner with Chef Tri!
In this cooking class, Chef Tri works with Californian and Mediterranean flavors and ideals. He'll show you how to prepare a gorgeous seared salmon entree with homemade pesto and vegetable sides as well as an organic green salad and a gorgeous dessert.
Chef Tri has worked in restaurants all around the country and while well-versed in many cuisines, has developed his own rustic, Californian style. He works with seasonal produce and creates delightful flavor combinations like his unbelievable lavender-honey emulsion dressing, perfect for refreshing summer salads.
Chef Tri is happy to travel to your Los Angeles location! Please note that some ingredients may change depending on what is in season. Guests are welcome to BYOB.

Chef Tri has worked in fine dining in San Francisco, Napa, Chicago, San Diego, and LA. He is now a Los Angeles based private chef and is happy to collaborate over menu ideas and prepare meals, dinner parties, and teach cooking classes in guest's homes. From down home cooking to high end global cuisine, Chef Tri's dishes reflect his diverse experience working all around the country. He looks forward to cooking for and with you!
