In this interactive cooking class, prepare traditional Spanish tapas to elevate your cooking skills. Chef Jason will guide you through a classic menu with fresh ingredients and time-honored recipes for a delicious meal.
Begin by stuffing sweet peppers with potatoes and savory chorizo. Next, craft a homestyle paella brimming with shrimp, tomatoes and onions. Then, create a wild mushroom dish topped with a farm-fresh egg and zesty lemon. For dessert, bake a creamy cheesecake infused with orange and caramel.
